United Football League Names Michael Huyghue First Commissioner

UFL names Michael Huyghue as the league’s first commissioner. The league plans on making additional executive announcements in the upcoming weeks.
So who is this guy? Apparently he has been in football for more than 20 years and started his sport involvement career out as CEO of Axcess Sports & Entertainment. According to the official UFL press release;
Huyghue brings more than 20 years of football experience to the UFL. He has served as a lawyer for the NFL’s Players Association and Management Council, and was the youngest general manger in professional football when he joined the NFL’s World League 1989 at the age of 29. He later became Vice President and General Counsel for the Detroit Lions and then Senior Vice President of Football Operations for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the team’s inaugural season in the NFL.
